Nice, sometimes brightly colored café with a rich breakfast and lunch menu, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. You order and pay at the counter and the food is brought to your place after a short time. The dishes are beautifully presented and made from fresh ingredients. I had the vegan breakfast "I eat flowers" with scrambled tofu eggs, jam, peanut butter and fruit. The scrambled eggs were excellent, as was the bread. The only drawback in my opinion: The rooms (large main room and smaller side room) are so high that it reverberates a lot and can therefore be quite loud when all seats are occupied. Still a clear recommendation on my part.

Very tasty offer, good atmosphere and room layout, possibility to sit outside and lots of parking spaces. The prices are a bit spicy, but somehow you take that into account every time.

Whether for breakfast, afternoon coffee or just in between, the Himmelgrün is one of my favorite cafés in Augsburg! Everything tastes so good and fresh here, the coffee is great and there is always something new on the menu. Even when things get turbulent, you can always find a place. Last but not least, the team is always in a good mood, quick and helpful! Thank you for being such a reliable authority! 😍

Very rich and varied breakfast, different tastes are met here. Very, very tasty! We had breakfast for two, an apple and carrot juice, the mirror egg with bacon and cheddar and two soft eggs in a glass (highly recommended)! There was also a lot of different types of bread. Everything organic and in terms of quantity and quality. Unfortunately, card payment did not work, unfortunately only giro cards are accepted and no credit cards ... For the first time it was not quite clear that the food is ordered at the cash register and that you receive a number plate at the cash register and then receive your food in this way instead of being served with a card. Here it would be worthwhile to briefly receive this information from the service staff ... otherwise very friendly service! We'd love to come back!

Delicious and varied breakfast with super fresh bread. Unfortunately often a bit noisy due to the many families. Otherwise always worth a visit.

Very cozy café at the old slaughterhouse. Very good organic products. There is a lot of vegan selection at breakfast and also some gluten-free pastries that taste very good. High prices, but organic.

Food was good, but a little bit on the expensive side. The standard coffe was really not good. Very bitter and sour, can't recommend it. Get an espresso or americano, I hope they taste better. The scrambled eggs seemed to be premade scrambled eggs out of a bag. Color and texture was very even and didnt seem to be hand scrambled. Tasted ok though. Establishment is nicly decorated and cozy, with lots of tables in- and outside. Staff is friendly, toilets are very clean.

Excellent place to take a breakfast in Augsburg, at best on weekends. Everything is bio and prepared with attention. Only slight negative point: the price level, far above the average.

Staff absolutely inflexible and not particularly friendly. Ambiente is a Kunterbunt villa in a factory building. Not particularly appealing. Service is 0. Prices totally overpriced. I had a Camembert Baguette, my son a cheese roll and a glass of water for 9.67 €. The quality was not particularly good and the price is totally exaggerated. You will definitely not see me again.

Very suitable for vegans and co. A lot of choice and the staff were polite and nice. I really liked the vintage style. The volume was very pleasant, so learning and etc were no problem.

We spontaneously drove there and by chance we met a baby crawling group that we were able to join right away. That was really great! There are so many highchairs for children and a nice changing room. There is a star deduction because I was looking forward to the pancakes, but the kitchen was closed relatively early. Maybe next time 😁

Very nice atmosphere, good quality, very friendly, but also a little clear portions ... A few slices of fruit or vegetables would not hurt at the prices 😊 otherwise really great.

Lovely place to start your day, relax or meet business partner for a chat. You can let your kids play and enjoy a book from the bookshelf while drinking the tasty cappuccino. The prices are a bit above average but ok for the quality of service and food.

Great cafe, fantastic breakfasts. Located a bit outside the center, in what looks a old warehouse, now renovated, will tall buildings and a happy interior. Is a place mainly for families, a paradise for small kids to roam around. There is a small bakery inside, and you can cut yourself a slice of bread for breakfast as well. Very recommended.

The breakfast is very plentiful. I decided with my girlfriend for a "Himmelgrün breakfast for 2 people." Good € 36 is pretty blatant, but we thought, that we just try it out. It was really delicious and lovingly designed, because you can really nothing With 2 Chai Latte we were then at € 45.50. It was really delicious, but the price is definitely too high. Also for organic quality.

Great organic bakery with café! Large selection of vegetarian, vegan dishes. Lactose and gluten-free alternatives are also required. Varied menu and very delicious, high quality organic dishes and cakes / pastries. There is also a small souvenir shop inside the café and a great play area and terrace. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the bakery and in the surrounding slaughterhouse district. From the Jakobertor stop, Café Himmelgrün can also be reached after a short walk. The opposite park offers the possibility of a digestive walk after the visit. There are always different events that are also absolutely worth seeing and recommended.

Pricey but at the very least they had gluten free pastries to show for it! Woohoo!

Great cafe and bakery. Sunday breakfast very popular with young parents (with babys), the singles crowd coming in later. Check out their live music Sunday afternoons but get there early as the place fills up quickly.

Nice place, delicious food and coffee

Love this place, found it by accident whilst looking for a bakery for breakfast on Sunday. Very friendly staff who also speak English. Food and coffee was really good. The atmosphere was fun and really added to our enjoyment. There is also a little play bakery for kids to play around in. Would recommend a visit here and I will definitely be back!

I love this place. Very nice atmosphere, good options (also vegan), the only drawback for me is that they have no kitchen after 15 o'clock. Great place for breakfast.
